Admission Qualification:
Admission is open to those candidates who have successfully completed their 10+2 in any discipline or its equivalent or a 3 year Polytechnic Diploma from State Technical Board after 10th Standard.

Maximum Duration -6 Year
Leteral Entry to Second Semester of B.Sc (IT):
Admission is open to those candidates who have successfully completed their 10+2 in any discipline or its equivalent or a 3 Year Polyechnic Diploma form State Technical Board affter 10th Standard
And
The Candidate Has Sucessfuliy Completed 6 Month IT/Cs Course From a recognised Institute Or has a one year of IT experience.
Leteral Entry to Third Semester of B.Sc (IT):
The Candidate who have successfully completed a 3 year Polytechnic Diploma in CS/IT from State Technical Board after 10th Standard.
Or
Admission is open to those candidates who have successfully completed their 10+2 in any discipline and the candidate has successfully completed two semesters of DCA from TCIL-IT/DIT/DCA from Cal-C after 10+2 or has done one year certificate/ diploma in IT/CS from a reputed/ recognised institute or has two years of IT/CS experience.
Scheme of Examination:
a. Internal assessment (IA) through assignments with a weightage of 20%
b. Term-end examination having a weightage of 80%
c. Each paper will be of 100 marks
d. Minimum for pass is each course is 40% in Each Component
e.Viva Voicw and Project 100 Marks
Lateral Exit Scheme
Certificate of Infromation Technology (CIT):- After Successful completion of first semester of BScIT, the candidate shall be eligible to obtain (CIT)
Diploma Infromation Technology (DIT):- After Successful completion of first two semester of BScIT, the candidate shall be eligible to obtain (DIT)
Note: The student who will opt for lateral exit will not be able to continue this programme .
